Cottage #5 is up a little hill behind the other cottages, it's very private with a huge front porch & GREAT views. It is the largest of the cottages. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a full sized bed, the other with a futon bunkbed (full sized on the bottom and twin on top) a full living room, kitchen, large bath and very large front porch. It has all linens and utensils, gas stovetop, half fridge, microwave, coffee pot, satellite TV and Air-conditioning.
Pricing: $1000 per week or $275 per night with a 3 night minimum in the Summer Season, we have discounted pricing and 2 night minimum in the Fall and Spring.
**We expect the Lake House and Cottages to be left as clean and neat as found, except for towels and sheets, which we take care of.**
